ICTContact Admin Guide

This page used to hold the full 2019 admin manual. Most of it described screens that have since changed, so we’ve retired it. The current documentation lives in two places: the online user guides, one page per topic, and a single PDF with all of them.

Supported operating systems

• RHEL 8 and 9
• Rocky Linux 8 and 9
• Docker

Hardware

For a small installation, start with:

• Quad core 3 GHz CPU
• 4 GB RAM
• 200 GB hard disk

Plan for more CPU and memory as you add agents and run more calls at the same time. Call recordings fill the disk, so size it for how long you’ll keep them. Not sure what you need? Open a support ticket and tell us how many agents and channels you’re planning for.
