Every campaign provided in ICTContact offers its own purposes , user can set up , configure and run a campaign which is suitable according to their needs.If a user starts a campaign but realizes that some parameters need to be changed , good for him that he is using ICTContact as it offers this features as well.He can change or adjust the parameters according to his needs.Features that can be adjust are:

  1. Message Recording
  2. The Introduction message
  3. Max Concurrent channels
  4. Call duration
  5. Max ring time

Having said that there is a feature that can not be changed in the run-time and that is the contact list used for that specific campaign. We can Modify/Edit this parameter of the campaign , before it starts.
