Comprehensive permission and role-management
ICTContact has the comprehensive permission and role management feature. The admin can assign the roles and create new roles. The admin can restrict the user and has complete control over the user’s permissions.
The admin can restrict the user and admin can also restrict the user to the specific CallerID.
Protection against DDoS and Brute-force attacks
ICTContact Uses the default linux built-in firewall to provide the protection. It is developed by considering the best security practices and does not allow sip account user to make outbound calls themselves. They can only place the calls through ICTContact interface.
