Billing, Routes & Rate Plans Guide
The Billing section controls how calls are routed to your VoIP provider and how costs are calculated per minute. This section is mainly used by system administrators and resellers.

Routes
Navigate to Billing > Routes to manage call routing rules. A route tells the system: “When dialing numbers that match this pattern, send the call through this trunk (gateway).”
Route Columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Type | Call type — voice, fax, SMS |
| Destination | Number pattern this route applies to (e.g., Pakistan Mobile Ufone 9233) |
| Trunk | The VoIP gateway/provider that handles these calls |
Adding a New Route
- Click New Route
- Select call type (voice/fax/SMS)
- Enter the destination pattern (country code + prefix, or “default” for all calls)
- Select the Trunk to route through
- Set priority (lower number = higher priority when multiple routes match)
- Save
Rate Plans
Navigate to Billing > Rate Plans to define per-minute call rates. Rate Plans are assigned to users/clients so you can bill different clients at different rates. For example: a “Standard Plan” at $0.01/min and an “Enterprise Plan” at $0.008/min.
Creating a Rate Plan
- Click New Rate Plan
- Enter a plan name
- Set the default per-minute rate
- Add destination-specific overrides if needed (e.g., international calls at a higher rate)
- Save and assign to users via User Management
Rates
Navigate to Billing > Rates to manage per-destination call rates in bulk. You can import a CSV rate sheet from your VoIP provider and map rates to destinations. This gives you full control over call costing per country and prefix.
Payments
Navigate to Billing > Payments to view payment history, add credit to accounts, and manage balances for multi-tenant users. In a reseller setup, each client has a credit balance that decreases as calls are made based on their rate plan.
